Maintenance and Support Policy

Organizations with active support receive unlimited technical support and software upgrades. Do you have the latest version of ADASHI? If you’re an active customer and want to update your system, contact us and we’ll send out the latest version on a flash drive.

Our Community Forums and Knowledge Base are available for all to use. 

Software maintenance and support is included at no charge for the first twelve (12) months after license purchase. After the first year, the annual price for software maintenance and support is 20% of the license price then in effect. Software maintenance and support includes all maintenance releases and unlimited telephone support during regular business hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Software Training

Software Training is available to all ADASHI users. Web Seminars and online explainer and support videos are also available. ADASHI is intuitive and easy to use. Its user interface has been thoughtfully designed to minimize the need for special training. Yet you may find that some instruction is needed or helpful. If so, we can customize our training services to your organization’s specific needs. Contact us for a quote.
