FIRST RESPONSE and
INCIDENT COMMAND SOFTWARE

ADASHI compiles all relevant incident information into a single, encompassing view. You develop the Incident Action Plan on the fly to provide a common operating picture for every professional involved in a response to the emergency. ADASHI programs, modeled on the National Incident Management System (NIMS), provide an all-hazards incident response system that equips your team with the information, visualization, navigation and communication tools to make smart decisions.

ADASHI delivers the most effective and robust incident management software to meet the needs of emergency managers. Incident Commanders can quickly structure and implement their Incident Action Plan with touch-screen controls, and command their team using the best information and coordination system in the world…Command Post.

ADASHI First Response is a complete all-hazards incident information management solution for first responders. It provides the information and tools your team needs to respond faster and better to emergencies – and ultimately save lives. CAD-dispatches automatically trigger the release of a complete navigation system as well as preplans, hydrants, hazardous materials and contact information.

ADASHI Dispatch integrates with your CAD to provide GPS navigation, routing and communication, along with the most complete and advanced geographic information available. ADASHI natively displays locally-produced ESRI-compatible GIS products – no importing required.

PREPLANS

preplans for first response situational awareness

PREPLANS

When CAD dispatches, ADASHI auto-retrieves the relevant data so it is loaded and waiting for you the moment you step in the vehicle: Site and floor plans, area photos, chemicals and hazard inventory/location, storage tanks, sprinkler systems, hydrant locations, contact information and more. No fumbling with paper. No switching between programs. It’s all here.

HAZARD ID

Hazard ID First Response software

Hazard ID

Quick reference tools help first responders assess the situation; ascertain chemical agents, potency, geographic range, toxicity and personal safety requirements. Touchscreen graphics help you identify incident type in general or very specific terms.

AERIAL DISPERSION MODELS

Automated Aerial Dispersion Modeling for first responders

Aerial Dispersion Models

Get automatic airborne hazard prediction and map visualizations of hot/warm zones, isolation distances, and evacuation areas based on real-time weather. The program sets ALOHA model parameters for the worst-case scenario, but you can easily modify if better information becomes available at the scene.

GUIDANCE

guidance checklist and ERG info for hazardous chemicals

GUIDANCE

ADASHI automatically filters and presents only the guidance relevant to the specific incident type, hazard, and your incident response role. Specific guidance is drawn from a broad range of hazardous situations including fire, crime, medical, search and rescue, and natural disasters. Guidance includes checklists and federally mandated procedures.

SENSORS

Sensors and Detectors ICS integration

SENSORS integration

ADASHI acquires measurement data from networked chemical, biological and radiological sensors and displays the sensor’s location, output and alarm status on the map. Information from sensors and detectors can be integrated to automatically deliver alarms, emails and geospatial data regarding tracking and aerial dispersion models.

AVL

automatic vehicle location map with resources and incident

AVL

Keep track of your team. Full mobile AVL tactical view automatically displays current locations of vehicles along with the assigned locations for all units responding to the incident. Displays the incident map annotated by the Incident Commander using ADASHI Command Post.

SECURE COMMUNICATIONS

Secure team communications for NIMS incident management

Secure 2-way communications

ADASHI provides secure vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-CAD communication. Identity-enabled real-time email and text messaging improve collaborative response between vehicles, dispatch, and large multi-entity response groups. Incident data is distributed to other ADASHI systems that share the same digital network.

ROUTING

mobile mapping with routing and navigation tools

Routing

ADASHI Dispatch tracks and displays the response unit’s current position and creates an optimal route on state-of-the-art NAVTEQ street maps for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This fully integrated, stand-alone navigation solution delivers precise, reliable multi-view maps and turn-by-turn directions (text and voice). ADASHI can accept routing information directly from your CAD or manually from you. GPS tracking and Center-Me map explicitly show your location, keeping you in contact and control.

GIS

geographic information systems | Local GIS with ESRI and NAVTEQ

location finderESRI & Local GIS Views

Displays local GIS (Geographic Information Systems) critical to your field operations such as the locations of fire hydrants, sewage/utility/power lines, points of interest (schools, hospitals, transportation hubs, municipal buildings), vulnerable sites, overhead imagery and more.

Quickly search and identify items, locations and geographic features, including local information you’ve added, within a region, or nearest to a particular location. You can, for example, search for schools, businesses, hydrants, rivers or airports.

INCIDENT SUMMARY

incident summary

Upon CAD 911 issuing a dispatch, ADASHI instantaneously provides a detailed summary page to give you the most crucial information fast. Address/Coordinates, Incident Notes, and Contact Info. As with much of the program, you can customize the dashboards, summary screens, map views, and layout options.

CAD COMMUNICATION

computer aided dispatch CAD communications

CAD communication

ADASHI is compatible and integrates easily with most of the world’s CAD systems, linking up and auto-sharing information to speed up the pace and reduce paperwork. All open calls are displayed in order of priority or driving distance on the map. Select the incident to respond to by choosing it either on the map or from a sorted list. Select from a variety of form layouts, dynamic buttons, and automated responses for your vehicle deployment. Several levels of integration are available including manual entry of incident location and status.
